POLICY OF LIMITED WARRANTY

Allway Technologies Inc. (“Allway”) warrants to the original purchaser that Allway’s products are free from material defects including improper workmanship materials and design. Subject to the following terms and conditions when used properly in accordance with all operating instructions:

1. This Limited Warranty only applies to Products manufactured by or for Allway and that can be identified by our trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them;
2. The Limited Warranty extends to the Original Purchasers who purchased the Product directly from Allway and or authorized dealers only.
3. During the Limited Warranty period, Allway will repair or replace at Allway's sole option, any element of the Product that is defective during normal usage. Allway reserves the right to use new or refurbished replacement parts in repair of the Product.
4. Purchaser must provide the invoice to prove the date of the original purchase of the product.

WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDES

1. Improper usage, accidental, water damage, moisture, etc.;
2. Exposure to extreme weather conditions, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, stolen or improper use of any electrical source;
3. Use with parts that are not Allway original parts or not parts recommended by Allway;
4. Normal wear and tear of the product;
5. Any kind of alteration or modification of product not authorized or performed by Allway
6. Consumable parts, such as cables, adapters etc., unless damage has occurred due to a defect in Allway materials and workmanship;
7. Spillage of food or liquid to cause malfunction of the products.
